Lauren Johnson, LMFT

(She, Her, Hers)

From an early age, I knew I wanted to be in the helping profession. Being around people and developing relationships has always been a priority for me. Once I discovered the therapy field, I knew that was what I wanted to pursue. I attended Trevecca University in Nashville, TN, where I obtained my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. From there, I worked in community mental health for a bit before starting my private practice and was Licensed in TN in 2020.

A large reason I became a therapist was that I had experienced pain while feeling completely alone, and I never wanted anyone else to feel that. For me, it is an honor to have the opportunity to sit with people in their most challenging moments. I hope all my clients can fully awaken to their worth and value and know how remarkable they truly are.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, reading fiction and fantasy, binge-watching shows, hiking and camping, spending time with friends and family, game nights, and trying all the fancy food Nashville offers.
