Approach to Therapy

I believe all people are worthy and deserving of quality mental health services. I aim to make therapy a safe and welcoming space for each individual. My approach is to help clients achieve their goals while bringing in my knowledge and experience. While I do my best to create an environment of change for each client, the client is ultimately responsible for their growth and healing.

Cost of Services

I offer individual sessions in person or virtually on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. My rate is $140 per clinical hour (50 mins). I currently do not accept insurance. A limited number of reduced rates are temporarily available for clients who qualify (based on household income).

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist License #1527 (TN)

  • Eye Movement Reprocessing & Desensitization (EMDR)

  • AAMFT Supervisor in Training under the mentorship of Dr. Laura Anderson, License #976 (TN)
